Ponder is made by one person
There is no support desk and no ticket number — just an inbox that a human reads. Write to support@ponder.be and you will usually hear back within two working days.
01When something is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, add which iPhone you have and which iOS version. That turns a vague report into something fixable, often in one round instead of four.
02How Ponder works
- Two check-ins a day. A few questions in the morning about your night and your intentions, a few in the evening about how the day actually went.
- A letter on Sunday. Once a week an AI reads your answers and writes you a letter about what it notices. You can also request one in between.
- The questions change. Roughly every week Ponder may retire a question that stopped telling it anything and add one that fits you better. The core questions never change, so your history stays comparable.
03Reminders
Morning and evening reminder times are yours to set, under Settings → Morning reminder and Evening reminder. If a session is already done, that day's reminder is cancelled automatically — you will not be nagged about something you finished.
Notifications off entirely? iOS does not let an app turn its own permission back on, so tapping Settings → Notifications in Ponder sends you to the iOS settings screen where you can.
04Your data, your call
- Settings → Download My Data gives you everything we hold about you as a single JSON file, through the normal share sheet.
- Settings → Delete Account removes your account and its contents. No notice period, no email to write, no dark pattern.
What we collect and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
05What Ponder is not
Ponder is a tool for reflection. It is not a medical device, and nothing it writes is medical, psychological or therapeutic advice — see section 02 of the Terms of Service. If you are struggling, please talk to a doctor or a qualified professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
